Dr. Dai
For Dr. Dai, chiropractic care is about so much more than relieving pain, it's about helping families build healthier, more connected lives. She believes that when the nervous system functions the way it's designed to, the body has an incredible ability to heal, grow, and thrive. Her goal is to provide gentle, compassionate care that empowers every patient, from newborns to grandparents, to reach their fullest health potential.

Dr. Dai has completed advanced training in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care and is the only chiropractor in Fannin County who is Webster Technique Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). She is also continuing her education by pursuing her Perinatal Certification through the ICPA, allowing her to provide even more specialized care for expecting mothers and growing families.

Originally from a tiny town in Eastern Colorado, Dr. Dai graduated in a high school class of just nine students, a fun fact that reflects her small-town roots and appreciation for close-knit communities. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs before moving to Texas in 2014 to attend Parker University. She graduated with honors in 2017 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

After graduation, Dr. Dai practiced in Wyoming and her hometown in Colorado before returning to Texas to serve the community she now proudly calls home.
​
Today, Dr. Dai lives in Windom with her husband, Bryan, their sons, Myles and Riggley, and their dogs, cats, and chickens. When she's away from the office, you'll likely find her traveling, trying new restaurants, spending time outdoors, or fishing with her family.

Dr. Dai is passionate about helping families experience the benefits of chiropractic care at every stage of life and feels honored to walk alongside her patients on their journey toward better health.

Dr. Cat, DABCP
Dr. Cat is passionate about helping infants, children, expectant mothers, and families achieve optimal health through neurologically focused chiropractic care. From a young age, she knew she wanted a career centered around helping others heal and thrive. Once she discovered chiropractic, she fell in love with the body's incredible ability to heal itself when given the right support. Today, her mission is to educate and empower families to take an active role in their health through chiropractic care.

Dr. Cat has completed extensive postgraduate training in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic care. She is Webster Technique Certified, PX Certified, and has completed her Diplomate in Pediatric Chiropractic through the American Chiropractic Association, allowing her to provide specialized care for growing families from pregnancy through childhood.

Originally from a small town in Central Texas, Dr. Cat earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin in 2018. After graduation, she worked at a chiropractic office in San Antonio, where she experienced firsthand the life-changing impact chiropractic care can have on overall health and function. Inspired by those experiences, she pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University, graduating in 2024.

During chiropractic school, Dr. Cat participated in a chiropractic mission trip to Haiti, providing care to underserved communities and witnessing the profound difference chiropractic can make around the world. She also completed her clinical internship at a family wellness chiropractic office in Utah, where her passion for caring for families naturally continued to grow.

Today, Dr. Cat proudly serves the families of Texoma and is dedicated to helping every patient experience a healthier, happier life through chiropractic care. When she's not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, Nala and Finn, paddleboarding, playing pickleball, and exploring the outdoors.
