What to Expect

Getting started at Pure Family Chiropractic is easy! When you contact us by phone, text, or social media, we'll schedule your initial consultation and your follow-up visit.

Before your first appointment, we'll email you your new patient paperwork to complete online. This allows Dr. Dai or Dr. Cat to review your health history and better understand your health goals before you arrive.

During your first visit, we'll discuss your concerns, perform a thorough examination, and take any necessary scans or X-rays. Most patients are not adjusted on their first visit, allowing our doctors time to carefully review your findings and create a personalized care plan. However, every patient is different, and an adjustment on the first visit is at the doctor's discretion based on your examination and imaging.

To reserve your new patient appointment, a $60 deposit is required.
We'll hold your appointment for 24 hours after scheduling without a deposit. If your deposit isn't received within that time, your appointment may be released so another patient can receive care.
A few things to know:
- Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a non-refundable deposit.
- If you book online, please call our office within 24 hours to provide your deposit information and confirm your appointment.

Your first visit is all about getting to know you.

We'll discuss your health history, current concerns, and personal health goals before performing a thorough chiropractic examination. Depending on your needs, we'll also complete advanced neurological scans and any necessary X-rays to better understand how your nervous system and spine are functioning.

This information allows our doctors to determine the best path forward and create a care plan tailored specifically to you.

Most first visits last 45–60 minutes, so please plan accordingly.

Bringing an infant or child? We know first visits can feel overwhelming! Our team will work with your family to make the experience as comfortable as possible. If needed, we can modify the visit or split it into multiple appointments.

Before your second visit, Dr. Dai or Dr. Cat will carefully review your examination, scans, X-rays (if taken), and health goals to create your personalized care plan.

During this visit, we'll review your results together, explain our recommendations, answer your questions, and discuss the best plan to help you reach your health goals. If your first adjustment wasn't performed on Day 1, this is when you'll begin your chiropractic care.
