What to Expect

BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT:

When you contact Pure Family Chiropractic either via social media or phone (yes we text!), we will schedule your first visit and also a follow up appointment. We will send you an email with specific intake paperwork that you must complete before you arrive for your first visit. This allows Dr. Dai or Dr. Cat time to look over your health goals and get an idea of who you are as a person so we can best serve you. We do not adjust on the first visit so we can ensure that we have looked over the exam and scans and create the best care plan for you. 

NEW PATIENT DEPOSIT POLICY

We’re so excited to welcome you (and your family!) to Pure Family Chiropractic.
To officially reserve your new patient appointment, a $60 deposit is required.

We’ll happily hold your appointment for 24 hours after scheduling without a deposit. After that time, if we haven’t received your deposit, your spot will be released so another patient in our community can get the care they need.

A few quick notes:
   •    Your deposit is refundable if you reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice.
   •    If we receive less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Once you’ve booked online, please call our office within 24 hours to provide your deposit information and confirm your appointment.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. This policy helps us serve more families with intention, keep our schedule running smoothly, and make sure every patient has the opportunity to receive care when they need it most.

DAY 1:

The goal of our office is to help you dive deep and reach your individual health goals, so we will discuss the goals that you have in depth, as well as discussing your specific health concerns.

We will then use our state of the art neuro-muscular scanning technology to assess the balance in your nervous system and how it is functioning.  After the scans we will do a structural chiropractic exam to assess the movement of your spine.  This will give us an idea of how well  your body is adapting to the stresses on the nervous system.

All of this information will let us know if we are a good fit to help you on your journey to CRUSH your health goals.

This visit will, most likely, be your longest visit since we are diving so far into your health history and goals!  Your first visit ranges between 45 - 60 minutes, so please allow the appropriate amount of time for your first visit.

When you make an appointment for your infant or young kiddo, we understand that bringing them to the office for their first visit may be a little intimidating, but don't worry we will work with you!!!  If we need to do things a little differently, like have a phone consultation or divide our first visit up into two, we can!

DAY 2:

Before your follow up visit, our doctors will have gone back over your scans, exam,  x-rays (if you needed them), and goals and will have a care plan designed specifically to help you heal in the most efficient and effective way.  When you come into the office you will sit down with her and go over everything with a doctor so you understand your care plan and how it relates to your goals.  If our doctors have any other recommendations, she will talk to you about them at this visit.  If you have questions, this is when you should ask them!  We always want to be on the same page when it comes to your health!

Insurance Information:

Pure Family Chiropractic does NOT accept insurance so that we can keep our fees affordable for the community. For anyone wanting to self-submit, we provide everything necessary to make it easy for you!
